Parties and Scope
These terms are between you and Happy advert ("we", "us" or "our") and concern the FeltCoach app, associated web pages and the lessons, practice, tools, AI text questions and answers, screen-sharing guidance and session reviews actually provided. Please read them before using the relevant services, especially the provisions about AI limitations, third-party platforms, data processing, fees and liability.
The Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Feature-specific risk notices, purchase pages and supplemental rules describe the service together with these terms within their respective scope. Additional permissions or separate consent must still be obtained separately. Browsing a page or using a general feature does not, under these terms, constitute consent to all optional processing.
This version is a pre-release review document. The last updated date shown on the page does not mean that a contract took effect with you on that date. The formally applicable version, acceptance method and material updates must be clearly communicated when the service is actually provided. Provisions requiring special notice or explanation by law must be brought to your attention appropriately. Merely placing them on a web page does not fulfill every such obligation.
Eligibility and Service Requirements
You must have the legal capacity necessary to enter into and perform the relevant contract, and meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements under local law and the third-party platforms you use. Live game guidance is not available to people who do not meet those requirements. You must not use another person's identity or account to bypass restrictions.
You must confirm that you have lawful rights to use the device, submitted content and shared images. Another person's nickname, avatar, conversation or other information appearing on your screen does not by itself mean that you may provide it to us or external AI services.
Features may vary by region, operating system, app version, network and device. Features labeled "Coming Soon", demonstrations, previews or features not yet released are not services already available, nor a promise of a definite delivery date. Online features require a suitable network connection. Network charges are governed by your arrangements with your provider.
Services and Their Scope
FeltCoach provides lessons about card and board games, situational practice, rules and probability tools, and AI assistance that is actually available. Training scores reflect question conditions and product rules, not comprehensive certification of your ability in real play. Examples, formulas and calculations depend on the supplied inputs and assumptions.
Text questions and answers explain lessons and discuss learning questions. Live guidance generates reference suggestions from images you actively share, available action information and the selected strategy, and may read them aloud. Session reviews organize data actually recorded. They do not guarantee coverage of the full game, actual actions or complete financial settlements.
The service does not operate third-party platforms for you, click controls, play hands, place bets, make deposits or withdrawals, transfer money or hold funds on your behalf. Strategy styles and model names distinguish actual configurations. They do not guarantee higher win rates, lower risk or suitability for your financial circumstances.
FeltCoach does not provide investment, legal or other professional advice, organize real-money gambling, arrange gambling matches or process wagering funds. The availability of a learning tool is not a determination that any region, platform or form of play is lawful.
AI Outputs and Recognition Risks
AI may misidentify hole cards, community cards, positions, chip stacks, bet amounts, player actions or the stage of a hand. It may also generate factual errors, calculation errors or inapplicable explanations. Missing information, animations, obstructions, resolution, networks, background restrictions, system changes and third-party interface changes may cause omissions, delays, interruptions or expired suggestions.
Recognizing part of the history does not establish a complete view of the game. No displayed error does not establish accurate recognition. No voice prompt does not mean an action is safe, and receiving a prompt does not mean the suggestion still applies. Model suggestions, probabilities and actual player behavior in reviews must be understood separately. A suggestion must not be treated as an action you actually took.
We do not promise that every suggestion is correct, that a particular win rate will be achieved, or that you will profit, recover losses, avoid losses or consistently obtain any particular result. Games involve randomness and unobservable information. Historical performance, strategy labels and example returns do not guarantee future outcomes.
Before relying on an output, check the actual cards, amounts and time limit, and independently decide whether to use it. If you notice inconsistencies, delays or abnormalities, stop relying on the output and pause guidance. These precautions do not remove our liability under applicable law for service defects, misrepresentations or other unlawful conduct.
Third-Party Platforms and Fair Use
You must check the law in your location and the relevant third-party platform's terms. Some platforms prohibit real-time external assistance, screen capture, strategy tools, unauthorized software interaction or other conduct that may create an unfair advantage. If you cannot confirm that use is permitted, do not enable live guidance on that platform.
The operating system allowing screen capture, FeltCoach recognizing an interface, or the app displaying a platform's icon or an opening link does not constitute that platform's authorization. Names, icons, recognition compatibility and links do not establish authorization, partnership or endorsement between FeltCoach and WSOP, Playtika or other third parties.
Third-party account restrictions, virtual items, transactions, refunds and penalties are separately governed by the relevant contracts and laws. We cannot lift third-party bans or promise that a platform will take no action. Responsibility for disputes involving our conduct or statements must still be determined by the actual causes, fault and applicable law.
You must not use the service for unlawful gambling, collusion, playing on another person's behalf, match manipulation, money laundering, fraud, bypassing platform detection or infringing other players' rights. We do not grant any right to circumvent platform safeguards or undermine fair play.
Screen Sharing, Voice and Session Management
You must initiate screen sharing and confirm it through the operating system. Before starting, hide sensitive notifications and avoid displaying passwords, payment screens, private conversations or information you are not authorized to share. Switching to unrelated apps or taking calls during sharing may upload unrelated information, create gaps in history, cause recognition errors or delay voice prompts.
In the current version, selecting "Pause Guidance" first stops screen capture and voice locally while retaining the session. Stopping locally does not wait for the server pause request to succeed. Resuming reuses a session that is still valid and requires another system screen-sharing confirmation. You can retry after canceling. System interruptions, expired sessions or device restrictions may require reconnecting or ending the session.
Selecting "End" on the guidance screen and confirming stops sharing and voice, and creates a review from the information actually recorded. You can also stop sharing through the operating system. Turning off voice, lowering the volume or returning to FeltCoach does not mean sharing has stopped. Check the system's sharing status after taking action.
Pausing or ending does not withdraw requests already sent or automatically delete existing server-side images and records. The current capture pipeline does not process microphone audio; voice prompts are an output feature. See the screen-sharing section of the Privacy Policy for data categories and rights.
Devices, Credentials and Local Records
The current native service primarily associates usage with device and session information. It should not be described as already offering email registration, third-party sign-in or cross-device account synchronization. Some lessons, preferences and history are stored locally. Changing devices, uninstalling, clearing system storage or an unsuccessful save may make this content unrecoverable.
Protect any session credentials or other access rights you receive. Do not share, sell, rent or use them for unauthorized access. Install the app from trusted sources. Do not alter requests to impersonate other devices or sessions, or access records that do not belong to you.
We may verify unusual access, apply rate limits or impose necessary temporary restrictions in response to security risks, but measures must remain necessary and proportionate. Where restrictions affect paid entitlements or personal data rights, we must address them under applicable law. Security must not be used as a reason to deprive you of rights indefinitely.
Prohibited Conduct and Proportionate Restrictions
- Uploading, distributing or sharing unlawful content, or infringing privacy, trade secrets, copyright or other lawful rights.
- Submitting account passwords, verification codes or payment credentials, or using questions and answers or screen capture to obtain another person's sensitive information without authorization.
- Disrupting the service, abusing APIs at scale, bypassing quotas or authentication, introducing malware, or attempting to obtain unauthorized models, keys or backend information.
- Manipulating the service to create false records, or presenting AI outputs as human opinions, official certification or a certain basis for profit.
- Using the service for collusive cheating, playing on another person's behalf, unlawful wagering, fraud or other purposes that violate the law or applicable platform rules.
Where there are reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred, we may issue warnings, restrict requests, suspend relevant features or lawfully terminate service. Measures must be proportionate to the risk and severity of the breach. Required explanations, notices and remedies must be provided. A technical problem alone does not automatically establish a violation.
This section does not restrict software research, interoperability, vulnerability reporting or other rights expressly permitted by applicable law. Such activities must still remain within lawful authorization and must not compromise other users' data or service security.
Fees, Subscriptions and Refunds
These terms do not themselves create a charge or indicate that memberships, subscriptions, automatic renewal or any particular paid feature are already offered. If these are actually introduced, the service, price, currency, billing cycle, usage limits, conditions for a trial converting to paid access and refund rules must be clearly shown before purchase, and you must actively confirm.
For purchases through the Apple App Store, payment, billing and applicable refund procedures are governed by Apple and valid local rules. The app generally does not receive your complete bank card details or payment password. If an automatically renewing product is offered, its renewal and cancellation methods must be clearly explained separately, and legally required reminders must be implemented.
Uninstalling the app, pausing guidance, stopping sharing or deleting records does not cancel a subscription established through a purchase channel. Refund eligibility, unused entitlements and arrangements following service discontinuation must be determined by the actual transaction, disclosures made at purchase and mandatory consumer protections.
We do not use blanket terms such as "digital goods are never refundable" or "free services carry no liability" to exclude your legal rights. These terms do not invent existing products or promise the purchase of future features that are not yet available.
Intellectual Property and Your Content
Software, lessons, text, designs, images, trademarks and other FeltCoach content provided by us or other rights holders are protected by applicable law and licenses. To the extent permitted, we grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license needed for lawful personal learning and use of the service. Rights not granted remain with the relevant rights holders.
Open-source software, third-party images, fonts, brands and other licensed content remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not change those licenses or claim that third-party trademarks or materials belong exclusively to us. The app provides the applicable open-source license notices.
You retain your existing rights in content you lawfully submit. We may process that content only to the extent necessary to provide the questions and answers, recognition, guidance and reviews you request, and necessary security and troubleshooting. This provision does not grant perpetual, unlimited rights or rights to freely resell or publicly distribute your shared images. Personal information use remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
AI outputs may resemble other content or include material subject to third-party rights. We do not guarantee exclusive rights in every output or that every output is necessarily noninfringing. Review the particular content before public distribution or commercial use. These terms do not improperly restrict quotation, study or other exceptions permitted by law.
Personal Information and Authorization
Read the Privacy Policy to learn how we process lesson, question-and-answer, shared-image, session, device and diagnostic information. System screen-sharing permission, acknowledgment of risk notices, acceptance of these terms and authorization for specific personal information uses are separate matters and do not replace one another.
Accepting these terms does not waive legal rights such as being informed, making choices, withdrawing consent, accessing, copying, correcting or deleting information, or complaining. Sensitive information, independent third parties, cross-border disclosures and other matters requiring additional procedures must be addressed separately under applicable law.
Data rights request channels, server retention periods and deletion procedures remain to be established, as explained in the relevant Privacy Policy sections. These pending arrangements must not be presented as already available or used to expand our data-use rights without limit.
Updates, Interruptions and Termination
Maintenance, upgrades, network and system failures, third-party changes, security risks or legal requirements may affect the service. Where reasonably foreseeable and appropriate, we must notify you of material interruptions and take measures proportionate to their effects. Not every interruption can automatically be classified as force majeure.
We may improve features, adjust supported functionality or discontinue a service, but must lawfully address purchased entitlements, existing data, important notices and necessary migration or retrieval arrangements. Arbitrary changes to terms must not be used to avoid existing contractual obligations. New features are determined by what is actually provided and clearly disclosed.
You may stop using a feature. If sharing is active, pause or end it first. After use stops or the contract terminates, information that must be retained by law or for existing disputes must have its uses restricted. Other information must be handled under applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Termination does not automatically erase previously collected data.
Liability and Statutory Rights
The service involves model uncertainty and random outcomes. Normal differences in learning results or game outcomes do not themselves establish an outcome guarantee. If loss occurs, responsibility must be determined by the actual causes, causation, each party's fault, contractual terms and applicable law.
These terms do not require you to bear all losses regardless of who caused them, or shift all responsibility for product defects, unlawful data processing or our fault to you because you selected an acceptance checkbox. They do not impose unreasonable fixed liability caps or blanket exclusions of indirect loss to reduce mandatory protections.
Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected, including applicable liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, fraud, personal information protection and consumer protection. Risk notices do not prevent you from lawfully seeking performance, remedies, refunds, compensation or redress from competent authorities or courts.
If your unlawful conduct or breach causes harm to others, you are responsible as provided by applicable law. The extent of compensation must be determined by facts and law. Using the service does not create an unlimited guarantee against every third-party claim.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The service may be used in different countries or regions. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude mandatory protections of your habitual residence, the place of service or other law that applies. We do not invent a fixed jurisdiction or choice of law where the operator's legal arrangements have not been established.
Disputes may be resolved through lawful negotiation or by seeking remedies from a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. Unless separately and validly agreed in accordance with law, these terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waiver of access to courts or advance waiver of collective or representative remedies available under applicable law.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions may continue to apply. This must not change the contract's essential purpose or reduce your mandatory rights. These terms must not be interpreted as an exclusion of all statutory liability.
Changes to These Terms and Document Versions
Changes must clearly identify the version and what has changed. Material changes to important rights and obligations, fees, service scope or risk arrangements must be communicated appropriately in advance, with renewed consent where legally required. Previous acceptance must not retrospectively authorize new processing or charges.
These terms do not exclude regional protections because translations may be provided in the future. Differences between language versions must be interpreted in light of the version actually provided to you, the circumstances of purchase and use, and applicable law. A language-precedence rule must not remove statutory rights.
